A man is in custody after another man was stabbed in the head with a screwdriver Tuesday afternoon, police say.
Garland police received a 911 call about a stabbing near Eagle Transmissions, in the 400 block of South Plano Road.
The stabbing victim was treated for what were described as non-life threatening injuries.
A police spokesman said officers had to stop a man who was running from them after the stabbing, but further information has not been released, including either man's identity.
Police continue to investigate what led to the stabbing.
