Oops! When a heroin deal goes bad, probably not a good idea to chase someone into a police station parking lot.

A Texas man apologized after pulling a gun on another guy and chasing him 10 miles into a police station believing it was the man who tried to rob him during a drug deal.

    The San Antonio Express-News reports
Saturday the armed pursuer blurted "Oh, man, that's not the right guy" as he was being arrested.

Officer Louis Esquivel says he was just leaving when two cars sped into the parking lot.

A man in the second car got out, and hit the ground after officers threatened to shoot.

Police say he told them he initially believed the man in the other car had tried to rob him during a heroin deal. He asked them to apologize for the confusion.

Police say the alleged pursuer may be charged with deadly conduct.
