An 18-wheeler struck and killed a man walking along Interstate 30 near Dalrock Road Monday morning.
The crash happened on the westbound lanes of I-30 near Lake Ray Hubbard at about 4 a.m.
Police said the man was running across the interstate with a gas can, but have not released any additional information.
Officers do not know why the man was on the interstate.
