Police said they're investigating after a man was found dead Monday evening in Duncanville.
According to the Duncanville Police Department, 60-year-old Michael Wright was found in a residence in the 1000 block of Mansfield Lane at 5:20 p.m.
Wright's estranged wife found him when she stopped by the house to check on their pets, according to authorities. Police said they questioned her, but said she is not a suspect.
Police did not state a cause of death, but said they are investigating the man's death as a homicide.
"There hasn't been anything else going on in this neighborhood to this extent, so there's nothing to indicate this is an ongoing problem," Duncanville police officer Doug Sisk said. "It appears this is an individual situation, not a spree of any kind."
Officials said an autopsy will be performed later to determine how the man died.
