A forklift accident at a North Texas business killed a worker Friday morning.
It happened in front of United Cast Sone in the 4000 block of East McKinney in Denton.
Police said the wheel on the forklift got stuck in a pothole while the man was backing away. The man tried to free the equipment and raised the forks but the machine's weight shifted, causing the forklift to overturn.
The driver tried to jump to safety but was caught beneath the machine and was killed. His name has not been released.
