A man has been injured in an accidental shooting that happened overnight in east Arlington, police said.
The Arlington Police Department said that one man is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a group of people accidentally fired a gun. A group of people were messing around with a gun in a backyard along Bahar Street when it fired and hit a man.
Police said that man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. His condition is not known at this time.
Arlington police are looking for the suspected shooter who left the scene. They do believe that alcohol was a factor.
