Police said they need help identifying the people responsible for assaulting a man outside a Fort Worth Wal-Mart in June. [[309297531,C]]
Fort Worth police said they found Marty Britton passed out in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart in the 8400 block of Anderson Boulevard the evening of June 12. He later died from his injuries.
Surveillance video showed a 2013-2015 black four-door Mitsubishi Outlander Sport stop near Britton as he walked toward the store. Police said the driver, who was wearing a mechanic work shirt, exited and appeared to assault the victim.
At least two passengers were also inside the SUV.
Britton told police he did not remember anything just before or during the assault.
