Dallas police say they arrested a man after he tried to kidnap a child and a teenager on two separate occasions.
The first incident happened Friday morning in the 4000 block of Altoona Drive in South Dallas, according to Dallas police.
Police say Jerrod Prescott Graves grabbed a 12-year-old girl while she was walking to school, she was able to get away.
A short time later, police say Graves grabbed an 18-year-old girl in the same spot.
Police caught up with Graves a few hours later and took him into custody.
