Man Accused of Posing as Music Exec at Jay Z Show

A Dallas man might not have 99 problems but being accused of pretending to be somebody else in order to get into a Jay Z concert is definitely one.

John Henry Johnson has been charged with criminal trespass and failure to identify after police say he tried to pass himself off as an Italian music executive.

Dallas police say Johnson used counterfeit backstage credentials on Saturday to get into American Airlines Center, where Jay Z was performing in concert.

Johnson's pass said he was a Universal Music Group Italy executive named "Gian Carlo Donatelli."

But a security guard became suspicious and called police.

The 45-year-old Johnson is free on bond. Court records show he has previously been convicted of theft and burglary.
