A man accused of robbing a bank in Texas has been arrested in North Dakota.
Federal prosecutor David Hagler tells KXMB-TV that 39-year-old Tracy Maxey was arrested in Mountrail County, in the western oil patch. Details were not immediately released.
Maxey appeared in federal court in Bismarck on Tuesday and is being appointed a public defender. A detention hearing is scheduled Monday.
Court documents allege that Maxey held up the Comerica Bank in Dallas on Oct. 15 and fled with about $5,700 in cash.
