A volunteer with the Lake Worth planning and zoning commission is in jail Monday charged with sexual assault of a child.
Armin Ingram, 71, is a volunteer with the city's planning and zoning commission and is not on the city payroll, city officials said.
Ingram was arrested by deputies with the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office on July 24 and charged with sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14.
Ingram's bond has been set at $200,000.
