North Texas students are taking on Washington, D.C. in true Lone Star fashion.
The Lake Highland “Wranglers” were asked to perform (for the fifth time) at the Black Tie and Boots Inaugural Ball Thursday night.
The dancing group is comprised of 25 partners, totaling 50 juniors and seniors.
The students raised $95,000 to go to Washington, D.C. to be present and perform during the inauguration.
Past invitations were given and accepted during the inaugurations for President Bush, President Clinton, and President Obama.
