Keller's pay to ride school bus program could soon see some changes.
District trustees restored about $2.75 million to the district's budget after approving a budget with a surplus of $6 million.
Starting in the 2011-2012 school year, parents will have to pay $185 per semester to ride the bus to school. Additional students will cost a family an additional $135 per student per semester.
Officials said they may use that money to offset some of the Pay for Ride service.
The Keller Citizen reports families would pay for no more than two riders under the revised program.
