Irving City Council Agrees on New Convention Center Hotel

The Irving City Council signed off on plans for a new hotel that will go up next door to the city's convention center.

The hotel will include 350 guest rooms and a parking garage. Restaurant and retail space is also included in the plans. The project is expected to cost $110 million dollars.

The city says this is the final piece of it's new entertainment district located in the Las Colinas neighborhood.
