Hurst Bank Robber Strikes Again While on Probation

A Mississippi man who held up banks in Pascagoula and Hurst, Texas, in July will spend extra time in prison for robbing the banks while on probation for three other bank heists.

The Sun Herald reports 46-year-old Robert Scott Antrim, of Biloxi, received an additional two years in prison at a hearing to revoke his probation Tuesday.

U.S. District Judge Sul Ozerden ordered the prison term served consecutively to a prison term imposed March 11 for the latest holdups. A federal judge in Fort Worth, Texas, sentenced him to 15 years and eight months.

Antrim was convicted in 2009 of robbing banks in D'Iberville, Picayune and Mobile in 2008. The robberies were among five in South Mississippi within 42 hours.
