Father’s Day will be like no other for the family of Jordan Edwards.
A former Balch Springs Police Officer shot and killed the 15-year-old nearly two months ago.
Saturday, Jordan's family and hundreds of people marched in Downtown Dallas calling for an end to police brutality.
"I find this to be very important that this is something that we should fight for just like my ancestors did,” said protester Cleopatra Morgan.
Many held cardboard signs with names and faces of people allegedly killed because of police brutality.
The mile-long march ended with a rally at Pike Park. The park was dedicated Saturday to Santos Rodriguez, a 12-year-old who was shot and killed by a Dallas police officer in 1973.
The families of several victims spoke at the rally including Odell Edwards, the father of Jordan Edwards.

He said this weekend is especially tough because Sunday will be his first Father’s Day without his youngest son.
Through tears he said, "Every day, I look at my kids and my family and I see the hurt in their eyes and I try to be strong for them. I do my best. At night, I stay up late, two, three o’clock in the morning to check on my boys.”
Jordan’s two brothers attended the march as well.
"There has to be a stop to this,” said 16-year-old Vidal Allen, who witnessed his brothers death.
On April 29, Jordan Edwards was shot while leaving a party. He was unarmed.
Officer Roy Oliver was fired from that department. He's now charged with murder.
