Grand Prairie Bank Robber Suspect

Crime Stoppers are offering up to $1000 reward to anyone who has information that may lead to the arrest of a Grand Prairie bank robber.

On April 16th a man was captured on camera entering the Viewpoint Bank at 215 North Carrier at around 1:15 p.m. The surveillance camera shows the man getting behind a register and robbing the bank at gunpoint, says Grand Prairie police.

The man walked out of the bank with an undisclosed amount of money and did not appear to have gotten into a car to escape from the area. The man's height is about 5' 07" and weighs approximately 130 to 150 pounds. He was wearing a golf hat with a do-rag underneath.

His wardrobe appears to be a black blazer with a lavender shirt underneath, black dress pants and shoes. The suspect's hair is described as dreadlocks and he also has a gray front left tooth, said officials.

The Grand Prairie Police Department is asking the public to call Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 972-988-8477 if anyone has any information that may identify this man.
