George W. Bush Library Evacuated

The George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum was evacuated Friday afternoon.

Officials with the Southern Methodist University communications office confirmed the library was evactuated for about an hour and that everyone was allowed back in at about 12:30 p.m.

According to a library spokesperson, a staff member found a bomb threat written on the wall of a bathroom.  The building was evacuated and SMU and University Park police were notified.

The building was searched and given the all clear.
