Frisco High grad becomes Playboy’s Miss March

The Frisco High School Fighting Raccoons are celebrating a big win by one of their own. The guys are, anyway, and probably some of the girls.

Ashley Mattingly, a 2005 graduate, graces the pages of the new Playboy edition as the centerfold for Miss March.

She might be a native Texan, but according to a press release from the publisher, it looks as though she’s taken to the L.A. lifestyle with ease.

“I adore slipping on a Versace dress and a pair of Jimmy Choos and going to dinner at Madeo in L.A,” she said in the release.

Evidently, she’s quite good at slipping out of that Versace dress, too, as well as other attire.

“I take everything off, lie back, and go ‘Ahhh…,’ ” she said of kayaking off Malibu.

Ironically, some of us also go, “ahhh.”

Alas, you will need to travel to Vegas to catch a glimpse of Mattingly up close and personal this weekend. She’s appearing as host of the Playboy Comedy Show at The Lounge at the Palms Casino Resort through Feb. 19, and signing autographs at the Playboy Store in Caesars Forum Shops tomorrow.

If you do make the trip, though, tell her I said “hi.” She’ll understand.
