Police said they arrested a 53-year-old Frisco photographer Thursday accused of inappropriately touching an 11-year-old girl during a photo shoot.
An arrest warrant obtained by The Dallas Morning News indicated that Donald Lee Sparks was suspected of inappropriately touching the girl during a photo shoot at a Dallas home in late February to early March.
Dallas police said they arrested Sparks Thursday morning and charged with indecency with a child by contact. His bond was set at $100,000
Dallas County Sheriff's deputies said Sparks posted bond and was released Thursday afternoon.
