Fort Worth Home Burglarized While Residents Inside

Fort Worth police are in search of a man who stole razors and a digital food scale from a home while the homeowners were still inside.

The man walked out of the home located on the 2300 block of 6th Street on the morning of Oct. 5 with belongings including a laptop, a Tag Heur watch, and the victim's wallet, police said.

As he exited the house through the window next to the front door, the Vivint doorbell camera and motion alarm was activated. It wasn’t until the homeowner was notified by the security company that he found out about the incident.

The man is described as white, thin, with light or blond hair and in his teens or early 20s.

Less than an hour after the burglary, the man used the victim's credit card at the RaceTrac at 620 E. Berry Street.

Police believe he is also responsible for other burglaries around the area.
