Fort Worth police need help identifying a woman whose remains were found in a field west of the 7300 block of Calmont Avenue on March 20.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office brought in a forensic artist to create a clay facial reconstruction of the woman.

The medical examiner released the following biological profile based on the remains:

  • Hispanic female
  • Stature 4'9" to 5'4"
  • Age 21-35 years (more likely 25-35)
  • Slender build
  • Long brown hair 13 inches, layered and wavy

Police say on March 20 a citizen found a skull found in an open field. When investigators arrived they discovered remains in a shallow grave.

Police believe the woman may have been missing anywhere from six months to five years.

Investigators are not releasing the cause of death.

Anyone with information about the woman's identity or information about the death should contact the Fort Worth Police Department Homicide Detective Kyle Sullivan 817-392-4340.

A reward up to $1,000 will be offered to anyone who provides a tip that leads to an arrest for the crime or clearing the case.
