Doctors and nurses at a Fort Worth hospital had a busy day earlier this week.
Five sets of twins were delivered Monday at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth.
"Five at one time? But it's been wonderful," nurse Nancy Kelley said.
"I thought they were at lying at first," said new mother McKenzie Virgil. "My mom started crying."
"I've never heard of that before, of so many in one day," said another new mother, Stacy Jones.
Stephanie Parnell was one of the first to give birth.
"I woke up at five o'clock in the morning, and they were born at 6 [a.m.] and 6:10 [a.m.]," Parnell said. "The doctor missed the first one, even."

Carrie Cooper said her husband's first words were, "Oh, I've got my pitcher and catcher."
"One more and we've got over half a basketball team," Christopher Cooper said.
Nurses said Monday was one of the busiest days they've had.
"We kept walking around and it didn't seem like there was anything going on," said Aura Bell, who gave birth to two girls. "But then when we walked by the nursery, there were all these double beds in the nursery. That's pretty much all there was that day."
"You don't realize what a wonderful experience fatherhood is until you see the little thing in your arms, and you know that's part of you," said new father Trey Jones.
