Dozens of firefighters have responded to a reported 4-alarm fire at an east Dallas apartment building.[[380863641,C]]
Officials say flames broke out at about 2:30 Wednesday afternoon at the La Ventana Apartments in the 3700 block of Dilido Road.
Officials say the fire began in a bottom unit of the two-story complex, but has spread to the second floor.
