There will be several lane closures in Farmers Branch for the Interstate 35 Express Project.
Various lanes of northbound I-35 between Interstate 635 and Valley View Lane will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Friday, March 13 through Tuesday, March 24. Crews will restripe the northbound main lanes and set a concrete barrier for an upcoming traffic shift.
The northbound I-35E exit ramp to Valley View Lane will also be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Friday, March 13 through Monday, March 16.
To access Valley View Lane will, vehicles can continue north on I-35E and exit at Valwood Parkway, take the U-turn at Valwood Parkway and continue south on the frontage road to Valley View Lane.
This work is related to the 35Express project, an expansion of I-35E between U.S. Highway 380 in Denton County and I-635 in Dallas County. All closures are subject to weather conditions and may be postponed, if necessary.
