FBI and DPD Search for Female Bank Robber

The FBI and Dallas Police want the public's help hunting for a female bank robber.

The Dallas FBI said on Saturday, Aug. 30, the woman entered the Wells Fargo bank in the 17000 block of Preston Road, showed the tellers a gun and demanded money. Investigators say she walked away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

She is described as a black female with shoulder-length black hair. She was wearing a white shirt, blue athletic pants and a two-tone blue cap with the Mavs logo on it. Police said she appears to be in her 30s or 40s, standing 6-feet tall and weighing about 240 lbs.

She's considered armed and dangerous.
