Christian School Teacher Accused of Having Sex With Student

A former teacher at a Christian school is facing sexual assault charges for forcing herself on one of her students, Azle police said.

Tarrant County Sheriff's deputies arrested Julianna Sauls, 38, on Wednesday on a charge of having an inappropriate relationship with a student while she was employed at Azle Christian School.

Investigators said the victim is an 18-year-old man who reported the incident to his parents on Oct. 28, after months of communicating with the teacher through email and text messages. Police said the pair even got a tattoo together.

According to the arrest warrant, the teen told police that there were several incidents where Sauls touched his genitals and, in one case, prevented him from leaving the classroom unless they made out.

Police said Sauls told the teen that she was sexually frustrated, pulled down his shorts and said, 'trust me, the other boys do.'

Now, investigators are also talking to another possible victim in Parker County and expect additional charges to be filed in connection with the second case.

Sauls is currently free on $50,000 bond.
