The truck had just left Dal-Tile in Sunnyvale when the driver suffered an apparent heart attack, sources tell NBC 5.
The truck continued along a service road before crossing a large field, hitting a fence and storage shed before coming to rest about 150 yards away in an electrical easement near the 1600 block of Doubletree Drive in Mesquite.
The Dallas County Sheriff's Office is investigating the crash.
The identity of the driver has not been released.
