A Plano school bus driver is on administrative leave, accused of spanking and choking a student.
Kaleb Khonsari, 13, has ADHD and OCD and was talking back to the bus driver who told him to stop making fun of another student.
Khonsari said he taunted the driver and said, "What are you going to do, hit me?"
According to Khonsari, the bus driver then grabbed him, bent him over and spanked him. The boy said it was only a few seconds when he mouthed off again and that is when the driver pushed and choked him.
The whole incident was caught on the school bus surveillance camera.
Khonsari's mother, Jennifer, said her son feels humiliated and that she is furious and is transferring him to another school.
She said whether it was provoked or not, this should have never happened.
The Plano Independent School District is investigating.
