    A North Texas man is out of jail Tuesday evening after an arrest for allegedly not paying his tolls.

    Robert Dupree, 41, was arrested in The Colony when he didn't show up for court to make arrangements on nearly $56,000 in unpaid tolls.

    That's nearly 2,100 separate toll transactions.

    The Plano resident was forced to pay more than $1,300 in court costs before bonding out of jail.
