The Dallas Stars announced they have made qualifying offers to four players. The move will allow the organization to retain their negotiating rights.
Offers were made to Right Winger Valeri Nichushkin, Defenseman Jamie Oleksiak, Right Winger Matej Stransky and Goalie Maxime Lagace.
Qualifying offers were not made to Defenseman Troy Vance and Centers Emil Molin and Taylor Peters. They will become unrestricted free agents on July 1.
