Update: Texas Department of Public Safety officials said they safely located an 88-year-old woman in Texarkana who had been missing since Sunday evening.
Ruthie Cole had last been seen in the 4300 block of Frank Street at 6:30 p.m., according to Dallas police.
Police described Cole as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and about 150 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair.
She was last seen wearing a long, gray coat and driving a blue, two-door 1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass with the license plate DH2-L739.
