Dallas Police Found Missing 72-Year-Old Man

Eugene Nelson, 72, was last seen on foot in the area of 1300 N. Haskell Avenue in Dallas.

The Dallas Police Department has found a missing 72-year-old man who was last seen Tuesday afternoon.

Eugene Nelson, a Cedar Hill resident, was last seen at about 3:30 p.m. in the area of 1300 N. Haskell Avenue on foot. He was found later that same day.

According to the police report, Nelson jumped out of a vehicle and refused to get back in it. Nelson was on his way back to a boarding home in Cedar Hill when he jumped out of the vehicle. 

Some people at the boarding home believe Nelson has dementia, according to the police report, but he has not been diagnosed with it.
