An employee told NBC 5 that two men crashed a white pickup truck into the front window of an Exxon station near the intersection of West Northwest Highway and Loop 12 four times.

Surveillance video from the store shows the truck hitting the store the first time and failing to break the glass. The driver puts the truck in drive and then reverse, slamming into the store again.

There were two employees inside the store at the time, one of whom was nearly hit by the truck as it smashed into the store.

Surveillance video captures two men in a pickup truck repeatedly crashing into a gas station in an attempt to steal an ATM.

Employees said there were two men inside the truck, but that they never got out of the vehicle and, once they realized there were employees present, abandoned plans to steal the ATM.

The employee said he was able to partially see the truck's license plate, which contained the letters D-S-K.

Police said they are reviewing surveillance video to try to find the men responsible.

Task Force

After nearly a dozen similar incidents in 2015, Dallas police created a task force to specifically investigate ATM thefts.

Police have not said that Friday's incident is connected to the others.

Anyone with information about attempted ATM thefts was asked to contact the Dallas Police Department.

NBC 5's Jeff Smith contributed to this report.
