The new hotel adjacent to the Dallas Convention Center caught fire overnight Friday.
The fire started on the third floor of the Omni Hotel, which was expected to open in November.
Fire investigators are still looking into what started the fire.
Dallas Fire-Rescue was able to put the fire out quickly. A damage estimate has not yet been made available.
No injuries were reported.
