Reward Offered After Unknown Man Shot, Killed in Dallas

Dallas police searching for information on man's killer

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information that helps Dallas police find out who killed a man outside an east side apartment complex, police say.

Police said that a man was found in the parking lot along the 9900 block of Bruton Road at about 1:50 a.m. Monday, suffering from a gunshot wound.

The injured man, whose identity has not yet been confirmed, was transported to Baylor Medical Center Dallas where he later died from his injuries, according to police.

The police department urges anyone with information to contact the Homicide Unit at 214-671-3661 or Detective Trujillano at 214-671-3625.

Crime Stoppers is offering the $5,000 to anyone with information that leads to an arrest and conviction in the case. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
