Investigators said a police officer shot and killed a man Saturday after a foot chase in southeastern Dallas. Police said the officer stopped Robert Taylor and another man after police received a call that people were acting suspiciously in the neighborhood. Police said Taylor, who was on foot, fled and then attacked the officer who chased him. Police said the officer shot Taylor when the man reached for the officer's mace.
