    SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE, FLIERS HELP POLICE IN BURGLARY CASE
    Fort Worth police said a car burglary victim's surveillance video led them to two suspects in the case. Police said Elliot Davis, 18, and Joel Don Pool, 20, were staying in a tent in a nearby wooded area. Arrest warrants for both men have been issued. Click here to read this story on NBCDFW.com.

    MAN CONVICTED OF MURDER TO BE RELEASED OVER FAULTY TRIAL
    A Texas man sentenced to 60 years in prison is expected to be released next week after Dallas prosecutors learned that police failed to disclose evidence implicating another suspect.     POLICE SEEK SERIAL FLASHER
    Dallas police are looking for a man who keeps sneaking into back yards, dancing around naked and then running away. Police believe the same man has been exposing himself in the same neighborhood since 2005. The most recent incident came Sept. 30. Click here to read this story on NBCDFW.com.

    MAN ARRESTED OVER NUDE PHOTO OF UNSUSPECTING MAN
    A hair stylist has been charged with improper photography after he allegedly photographed a naked man in a Colleyville fitness center's locker room, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported. Eric Lee Kilgore, 35, of Fort Worth, was charged last month and is free on a $5,000 bond. A patron of the fitness center found the camera in a locker room and called police after he saw it had pornographic images of men, according to the newspaper. One image was of a naked man in the locker room who did not seem to know he was being photographed.
