POLICE ARREST MAN SUSPECTED OF MAIL, ID THEFT
A man suspected of mail and identity theft was arrested Sunday morning outside a bank in the 3900 block of Glade Road, Colleyville police said. Police said Clarence Kind, Jr. was acting suspiciously near an ATM machine and immediately jumped into his vehicle when an officer approached him. Click here to read this story from NBC DFW.

PLANO POLICE RELEASE PHOTO OF SUSPECTED BANK ROBBER
Plano police released a surveillance photo of a man accused of robbing a Bank of America Monday in the 7000 block of Independence Parkway. Police said the man entered the bank at about 2:45 p.m. and demanded money from the teller. After the teller complied with the man's demands, he fled in a 1999-2004 silver Ford Mustang, police said. POLICE INVESTIGATE ANTIQUE STORE BURGLARY
The Denton Police Department is investigating a burglary that happened on Jan. 3 at The Antique Experience located at 5800 North Interstate 35.   Police said at 11:41 p.m. the thief entered the business, went straight for the display case and took several pieces of antique jewelry.  The owners of the store are offering a $1,000 reward for information regarding the burglary.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Denton Police Department at 940-349-8181.

STORE CLERK FATALLY STABBED IN ROBBERY
A store clerk was fatally stabbed during a robbery Tuesday morning at the Rapido Grocery store located at 3227 E. Lancaster, Fort Worth police said.  A man wearing a hooded sweatshirt robbed the store at about 7 a.m. and then fled the scene in an unknown direction. Jasbahadur Rai, of Venus, Texas was transported to John Peter Smith Hospital where he later died.

MAN'S DEATH RULED HOMICIDE 35 YEARS AFTER SHOOTING
The Tarrant County medical examiner's office has ruled the death of a man a homicide after he died of complications from a shooting 35 years before. Craig Buford lived a normal life after recovering from a 1973 shooting by another teenager over a gambling dispute in Denver. The medical examiner's office says the 54-year-old man's December 29th death was caused by multiple organ failure. He was hospitalized a few days before his death, and doctors determined his colon had ruptured. Click here to read this story from NBC DFW.

DISTRICT FIRES BUS DRIVER ACCUSED OF THREATENING GIRLS
A bus driver who was arrested last month after police said he pulled a knife on three children aboard his bus has been fired, the Mansfield Independent School District said Monday. On Dec. 16, 2008, three sixth-grade girls accused William Allen of threatening to cut them for leaving cookie crumbs on the seat, police said. Click here to read this story from NBC DFW.
