The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a wreck Friday afternoon involving a church van that left two dead.
Troopers were called to the two-vehicle crash on Texas Highway 337 north of US 180 just before 5:30 p.m. Friday.
Investigators say a white 2010 Mitsubishi traveling north on TX 337 and a white 1999 Chevrolet passenger van traveling south on TX 337 collided head-on.
The driver of the Mitsubishi, Jessica Lee Harris, 34, of Graham, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the DPS. Investigators believe the Mitsubishi crossed the center stripe as it traveled north on SH 337. The driver of the Chevrolet van took evasive action toward the north bound lane of travel. The Mitsubishi then corrected it's movement and the vehicles collided in the north bound lane of SH 337.
A total of seven members of the Faith Center Assembly of God church from Graham, ranging in age from 11 to 49, were riding in the van.
Everyone in the van wore seat belts but all were injured and taken to various hospitals across North Texas.

A passenger in the church van died Saturday morning at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office identified the passenger as 40-year-old Stacey Daily.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
