A missing 9-year-old girl who left class at Marcus Elementary School and never returned has been found safe according to the Dallas Police Department.
Police say the girl was upset in class at Herbert Marcus Elementary School and asked to go to the restroom then never returned to class.
Dallas police tell NBC 5 the girl was found at home unharmed, investigators are talking to her but say there does not appear to be any foul play.
