On Sunday afternoon, the Dallas Police Department confirmed Francisco Ramirez.
He was last seen Sunday morning walking along the 400 block of South Clinton Avenue.
Ramirez was also considered a danger to himself.
Police said he was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
