Couple Identified in Denton Murder-Suicide


    Police in Denton are investigating a murder-suicide that took place over the weekend.

    The identity of a husband and wife found shot to death in front of a home in Denton on Saturday have been identified by the Tarrant County medical examiner.

    The ME identified the couple as 46-year-old Anthony Farish and 55-year-old Anne Farish. 

    Police arrived at the home on the 1800 block of Locksley Lane at about 9:15 p.m. Saturday and found Anthony's body in the drive way with a handgun nearby.

    Police said Anne's body was found in the back of a nearby pickup truck.

    At this time, police have not revealed any motive in the case, but are investigating the deaths as a murder-suicide.
