The cordless drills were sold exclusively at Costco stores from May 2011 through February 2012 for roughly $50.

The recall affects Kawasaki cordless drills, model 691761, sold in green and black color combination, with a 19.2v battery pack and the serial numbers listed below.

The model number can be found on a label located on the right side of the drill.

If you have one of these drills, stop using it immediately and register here to receive a free drill. Alltrade Tools is directly contacting all customers who purchased this product. The drills should not be returned to Costco.
