At last, the veil of secrecy is slipping from the city of Dallas’ problems with the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The more the details that come out, the clearer it is that top city officials should not have kept this in the dark for as long as they did. It also looks like they were right to push back against a series of proposals that HUD made based on the questionable allegations of two inexperienced developers.
