A judge is to sentence a 49-year-old Texas man for making videos of himself sexually molesting girls as young as 3 at a Central Texas nudist resort and his Austin home.
David Andrew Diehl was convicted on Feb. 8 of 10 counts of exploitation of a child related to the 13 videos he made.
He has remained in federal custody since and faces up to 20 years in prison per count when U.S. District Judge Lee Yeakel sentences him in Austin on Monday.
Prosecutors say Diehl admitted taking videos of girls, ages 11 and 8, engaged in sex acts inside a camping tent at Star Ranch in Central Texas.
Diehl also made videos of himself engaged in sex acts with girls, ages 3 and 8, at his home.
