Officers Looking for Driver in Chase

Dallas Police are looking for the driver and possibly another person who lead them on a chase Friday afternoon.

The chase started in Lewisville and took place mostly in Dallas County along Interstates 35E and 635.

Lewisville police told NBC 5's Omar Villafranca that the chase started after a purse was stolen at a gas station.

Police said the driver hit at least one other vehicle during the chase. There were no injuries in that collision.

Dallas police called off the pursuit a few minutes before the vehicle exited 635 near Coit Road.

Police are searching for the driver, and possibly a second person, at a parking garage near Coit and 635.
