Capital One Offers Free Rangers Tickets to Arlington Residents Sept. 28

Free tickets for Arlington residents available on a first come, first serve basis

The Texas Rangers will break ground on their new stadium, Globe Life Field, Sept. 28. That same day, Capital One is inviting Arlington residents to Globe Life Park to see Rangers host the A's for free as a way to mark the milestone.

To get the free tickets, Arlington residents need only go to TexasRangers.com/Arlington to claim their four seats -- though they can also request them at the stadium box office.

Tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis in the Corner Box, Lower Reserved, Outfield Plaza, Lexus Club Terrace, Upper Box, and Upper Reserved seating areas.

Proof of Arlington residency will be required (via credit card billing address) for redeeming the tickets either on-line or in person. Tickets will then be sent to fans on game day via text.

The Texas Rangers revealed new renderings of Globe Life Field Thursday. The ballpark is expected to open in March 2020 and will hold about 41,000 fans.
