Calphalon is issuing a voluntary recall for their XL9 Speed Blender after finding a potential concern with the blender's mixing blade.
The company says the affected model is designated as 1832449 or ME600BL and was sold between September 2012 and September 2013.
Customers should call Calphalon for a repair kit that will include a new blade for the blender and a way to send the old blade back to the company for a free gift.
