An apparent suicide attempt jolted some coffee drinkers at a local Starbucks Thursday.

According to police, someone shot himself in the head on his front porch near the intersection of Texan Trail and Northwest Highway in Grapevine.

Investigators said the bullet then continued across the street and went through the drive-thru window of a Starbucks.  The bullet didn't stop there.  It went through a wall, into a bathroom and through another wall before whizzing past a customer in the lobby.

Ballistics experts were called in to verify that it was the same bullet.

The person who pulled the trigger was take by Careflite to a local hospital in an unknown condition.

No one was injured by the errant bullet.
